For our client we are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to reinforce our Global Master Data Team based in Antwerp. This role will report to the Global Master Data Manager.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Daily handling of requests to create/modify Customers, Suppliers and Items related master data, in the different ERP systems (JD Edwards, Mapics, Navision)
• Working closely together with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing and Transportation to ensure accurate and on-time processing of requests, including informing requestors about the open requests.
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams for issues related to master data, like errors in invoice scanning, finance related setup issues on master data.
• Representing master data team in the different projects to support MDM related topics and questions like in WMS project, JDE project
• Support conversion team for MDM related tasks in the JD Edwards project.
• Organize, guide & direct other EU based data management Analysts (2 persons) when global Master Data Manager is not available or is travelling.
• Doing analysis of accuracy and completeness of master data in the different systems

Profiel

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills, strong communication skills, customer service focused
• Previous experience with ERP systems in a Data Management role, preferably with Mapics and/or JD Edwards
• Proven leadership skills
• Be able to think and communicate cross functionally and understand business needs
• Proven decision making skills
• Fluent in speaking and writing in Dutch and English, French language also an asset
• Very good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
• Bachelor degree, at least 5- 10 year relevant working experience.

Zeer goede kennis Nederlands en Frans.
